I think that art lifts your spirits and makes you thankful for what you have! It really takes you away from what you’re feeling in the hospital.

She told me that she had been in the hospital many times throughout her life but that she had never been treated so wonderfully as she had today. She kept saying that she really hit the jackpot today and that this is just what she needed!

I would definitely recommend this experience. It was an awesome opportunity that I initially didn’t want to do, but Andrea guided me through it and helped me so much.

I worked with a past patient who gained more hand mobility and has made a lot of progress in her healing journey post surgery. She was so thankful for to paint again because she is also and artist and shared with me how she has missed painting.
